Collector of Town and County Tax Bills: PLEASE MAKE CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO: TOWN OF JOHNSBURG TAX COLLECTOR. 1. You can mail them to Jean Comstock, Collector, 219 Main Street, North Creek, NY 12853 2. You can put in the drop box outside Town Hall, using check or money order ONLY - no cash. 3. You can pay in-person at Town Hall Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 2:00PM - check or money order ONLY, no cash. 3. You can view, print and pay your Town & County Tax Bills on-line. To use the on-line service, click on the orange/white Town & County Taxes button above, enter the information for your bill - name, address, bill number, or property number. Once the proper bill has appeared click on to payment link and follow the instructions. (There is a fee for using this service) Last day of collection at the Town Clerks office is MARCH 31st. As of April 1st, payments must be made to the Warren County Treasurer's Office with additional charges. Please Warren County for tax balance any time after March 31st. Marriage Licenses are $40.00 - The marriage ceremony may not take place within 24 hours from the exact time that the license was issued. A person is required to establish proof of age and identity by submitting to the issuing clerk a Birth Certificate and a Driver's license - Previous Marriages Information regarding previous marriages must be furnished in the application for a marriage license. This includes whether the former spouse or spouses are living, and whether the applicants are divorced and, if so, when, where and against whom the divorce or divorces were granted. A certified copy of the Decree of Divorce or a Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage is required by the clerk issuing the marriage license. Fishing / Hunting / Trapping License

Handicap Parking Permit
You are eligible to be issued a New York State disability parking permit hangtag for the disabled if you are a New York resident and have a severe, permanent or temporary, qualifying mobility impairment as certified by a New York State-licensed physician or podiatrist. You do not have to be a driver or registered owner of a vehicle to get a permit. Disabled children and legally blind persons are eligible for permits. Your physician must state whether the condition is permanent or temporary in nature and describe how severely and regularly the condition affects your ability to walk.
